Led daily scrum meetings and documented team activity by managing a kanban board.
Our initial plans for the game. A lot of content was scrapped or restructured to get to the final product.
At the start of the development cycle, I had pitched the idea of the player and their bear being connected. We explored a few avenues for this connection, including an iteration where the hyperlinking would be between the player and the bear.
Early plans for a procedurally generated map, made up of randomly connected, pre-built rooms. We ended up using a more streamlined version of this to avoid the player having to backtrack.
Our Kanban board, hosted by Trello. I kept everything as organized as possible and used a story points system.
A lot of our designing happened during group whiteboarding sessions. This is from one of our meetings where we were brainstorming how to make Gizmo, the bear, feel more like a character than a weapon.
